So now I find myself house/pet sitting in rural Bluefield, WV. All I can say is that it has been an experience. I have been sitting for: 1 dog, 3 cats, 1 bearded dragon, 35 ducks, and 12 chickens! Mom has helped me getting all the birds into their coops in the evenings and I couldn’t have done it without her.

I feed and water the ducks and chickens twice a day. I also gather their eggs a couple times a day. While here, we have been getting 12-14 eggs a day. There is also a small garden with fresh tomatoes, peppers, and basil.
