If you want the look and feel of Pennsylvania Amish Country, look no more. Mattie’s was staffed by two Amish women who keep the store well stocked with all of the Pennsylvania treats you could want. Mom and I shared a barbecue sandwich on homemade sourdough, some Pennsylvania snack mix, and Kutztown cream soda. To top it off, we had homemade oatmeal whoopie pies that you couldn’t resist. They sell fresh baked goods, bulk pantry staples, and lots of good food.
