I finally arrived in Taos, New Mexico, settled into my new campground & was ready to begin work at The Blake for the winter. The Blake Taos is a one of a kind hotel with a variety of amenities.
Whether you are a skier or not, the Blake has something for everyone. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling & more.
The beauty of Taos Ski Valley is undeniable & the Blake is no different. Every corner of the hotel is filled with art.

The place is gorgeous, enormous, it’s like a little city, I’m not one for the snow but, this is a spectacular hotel, I would be lost there getting around, so what is it that your job is going to be there??

I am a driver. I take guests wherever they want to go. It has been a lot of fun so far.

It does get tiring on days where I’m driving up & down the mountain more than a few times. I’ve had some interesting folks from all over the U.S. in the car & it is fascinating hearing all their stories!
